Hi, I’m Loore, the founder of SoftSoulers.
I started this brand during a time when anxiety was taking over my days. I felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and just needed something that made me feel safe again.

So I created something soft, not just in fabric, but in feeling.

Each hoodie is designed with intention. Soft cozy fabrics paired with soul affirming messages. Our designs are created to empower women and mothers through comfort, encouragement and quiet strength.

2. How do i know which size to order?

Our hoodies are relaxed, unisex fit, perfect for cozy comfort.

We recommend checking our size guide for exact measurements. If you are between sizes and love a more oversized fit, size up!

3. How should i wash my hoodie and sweatshirt?

To keep your hoodie or sweatshirt looking its best:

-Wash inside out on a gentle, cold cycle

-Avoid bleach

-Tumble dry low or hang dry

-Do not iron directly on the design

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times and rate may vary depending on your location.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

-2-5 business days for production

-Plus estimated shipping time:

-US and AUS: 5-10 business days

-International: 7-21 business days

6. Can i return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong sizing.

However if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right!

7. Can i edit or cancel my order after placing it?

We start working on your order quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing it. Email us right away info@softsoulers.com
